ARDEN
AUDIT 2026.08.14AtlasRoadmap

Lane A · platform audit

Fix what the product shows.

A visual queue for the work between a strong physics engine and a product people can trust: every finding has a screenshot or source measurement, one canonical owner, a refusal boundary, and a gate that can actually close it.

Open the remediation queue

Operating contract

The board cannot promote its own evidence.

Visual shows what an operator can see.

Source + tests show what the implementation and checks cover.

Attended proof stays with the lane that owns the runtime or instrument.

§ 01 · the remediation queue

One owner. One gate. One honest state.

Lane A + Lane B review

Make the audit visible

The public Roadmap now separates the physics ladder from a screenshot-backed platform board that tracks product debt, ownership, evidence boundaries, and closure.

Evidence
Merged a5c53c5 · exact CI 31852009031 · Lane B review · production browser acceptance
Next gate
Closed at PR #379 after exact-head review, CI, and production browser acceptance.

Arden portal header where the Standard status label overlaps the Explore control

Lane A · presentation

Contain the global header

The shared Portal header now hides secondary status metadata at compact desktop widths before it can collide with Explore, while wide screens preserve the full grammar label.

Evidence
Rendered 1400px/1441px boundary gate · local 1280px light and dark browser acceptance
Next gate
Closed with one shared containment rule; no route-specific hiding and no sensing or evidence semantics changed.

Home Sense showing a blank Living Lattice while the private hub is connecting
P1Closed

Lane A · Home presentation

Separate first connection from an empty home

A configured first session now gives the entire evidence surface to a non-alarming connection check until one complete authenticated generation arrives, without presenting zero-node, room, presence, device, emitter, or RF defaults.

Evidence
Rendered delayed-generation + timeout acceptance · full-rail non-claim assertions · retained-state regression coverage
Next gate
Closed without changing the hub envelope: timeout/unavailable transport, public unpaired onboarding, lock, simulation, retained verified evidence, and authenticated zero-node state remain distinct.

Lane A · frontend architecture

Split presentation monoliths at evidence boundaries

SignalCatalog is now a 306-line composition root, MeasuredCatalog is 147 lines, JammerFindingsConsole is 85 lines, and OrbitalReadout is a 17-line composition root. Delivery admission, controls, record contracts, evidence panels, and canvas projections sit behind explicit responsibility modules.

Evidence
PRs #385–#389 · exact CI 31862680450 · post-merge CI 31862963888 · production acceptance
Next gate
Closed at PR #389 after independent exact-head review, exact CI, merge-tree identity, post-merge CI, and production acceptance on Space Radar and the platform Roadmap.

Lane A · web boundary

Harden the static web boundary

One canonical, minimally disruptive browser policy now covers every static-exported surface, while the Home deploy assembler consumes the same checked-in contract and all three Next lockfiles share the patched nanoid lineage.

Evidence
Independent review · exact CI 31864380350 · post-merge CI 31864671680 · four production deployments · live response-header acceptance
Next gate
Closed via PR #391: one checked-in policy now governs every static export, while the retired RF Lab origin redirects into the hardened Home instruments.

Lane A + Lane B review

Carry jammer characterization into the Library

The deployed OpenSAR program has measured array characterization, explicit identity and position refusals, and a persistent evidence-bearing Library record; PR #384 adds prominent Arden-home discovery.

Evidence
Merged 14a2316 · exact CI 31857436460 · Lane B review · four Vercel contexts · production browser acceptance
Next gate
Closed at PR #384. Future geolocation requires calibrated bearing, range, and cross-site evidence; characterization alone cannot promote identity or position.

Lane B / Lane D · RF runtime

Keep attended proof out of presentation work

Space Radar, RF Lab, and fingerprint portability still contain attended receiver, capture, calibration, and hardware-safety gates that source and browser work cannot establish.

Evidence
Routed boundary · no hardware touched by this audit
Next gate
Canonical hardware lease, attended controls, immutable receipts, and owner acceptance before any product evidence promotion.

Lane C · measurement grammar

Preserve the coherent / world-model split

The Atlas explains the split well. Future product additions must keep coherent measurement support, noncoherent state, and evidence registry records visually distinct.

Evidence
Architecture Atlas production capture
Next gate
Lane C vocabulary review at frozen heads whenever a product changes an observable, evidence tier, or refusal shape.
